Terms and Conditions

1. All goods are sold ex-store.
2. All freight and insurance charges are incurred on the purchaser's behalf.
3. No goods may be returned without prior authorisation.
4. Settlement terms: credit card, direct deposit, cash or - by prior arrangement - account.
5. The seller hereby reserves the right to vary the price from time to time as it sees fit without notice.
6. There will be a 10% re-stocking fee on all returns.
7. No credit on obsolete merchandise.
8. Any discrepancy of goods must be notified within 7 days, quoting an invoice number.
9. Title is retained by us until goods have been paid for.
